Fillet hake (500 g) and white bread (150 g) soak in milk (100 g) and twist through a meat grinder. Add an egg, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat well and fill the tubes with it. Dip the tubes in the egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in boiling vegetable oil until golden brown. Decorate with green stuff and serve hot.
