Homemade creamy ice-cream
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
- 2 pcs Plain wafers «Lekorna»
- 400 g dairy cream 33%
- 200 g sweetened Condensend milk
- Cold dairy cream (they have to stay in fridge at least
6 hours)mix with a blender
- Add sweetened Condensend milk to gained mass and stir it.
- On the bottom of spring form pan put wafer sheet then pour out gained cream mass and cover by another sheet.
- Insert form with
ice-creaminto refrigerator freezer for 4–5 hours(or for all night for better result)
ice-creamfrom the springform pan and cut on portions.
