• 2 pcs Plain wafers «Lekorna»
  • 400 g dairy cream 33%
  • 200 g sweetened Condensend milk


  1. Cold dairy cream (they have to stay in fridge at least 6 hours) mix with a blender
  2. Add sweetened Condensend milk to gained mass and stir it.
  3. On the bottom of spring form pan put wafer sheet then pour out gained cream mass and cover by another sheet.
  4. Insert form with ice-cream into refrigerator freezer for 4–5 hours (or for all night for better result)
  5. Remove ice-cream from the springform pan and cut on portions.
