• 1 pack Wafer sheets for cake,
  • 200 g mushrooms,
  • 2 pcs of chicken fillet,
  • 150 g mayonnaise,
  • Dill and green onion,
  • 50 g Gauda cheese,
  • 6 pcs hard-boiled eggs,
  • Salt, pepper,
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration.


  1. Firstly, prepare all ingredients: grate eggs, boil chicken fillet and cut it on pieces, cut the mushrooms and fry them on the pan 15–20 min., cut greens; grate cheese.
  2. Spread the first sheet with mayo, strew with eggs and chicken fillet, second sheet spread mayo and put mushrooms and eggs on it. Repeat and rotate the layers.
  3. Decorate the cake with cheese, greens and tomatoes. Enjoy!
