• 1 pack of Wafers for cake;
  • 40 g of dark or milky chocolate;
  • 1,5 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 170 gr of sugar;
  • 200 g of butter;
  • 120 gr of milk.


  1. Firstly, heat milk in the pan, then add sugar and cocoa and chocolate. Stir the mixture to homogeneous mass. Let the gained cream cold to room temperature.
  2. Soft room temperature butter bled with mixer or blender
  3. After that mix two masses (chocolate cream and butter) with blender or mixer and let it cold.
  4. In 20 minutes spread wafers with chocolate cream and let it rest in fridge for 1 hour.
