Wafer cake with chocolate and nuts
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Wafers for cake;
- 40 g of dark or milky chocolate;
- 1,5 tablespoons of cocoa;
- 170 gr of sugar;
- 200 g of butter;
- 120 gr of milk.
COOKING:
- Firstly, heat milk in the pan, then add sugar and cocoa and chocolate.
Stir the mixture to homogeneous mass.Let the gained cream cold to room temperature. - Soft room temperature butter bled with mixer or blender
- After that mix two masses (chocolate cream and butter) with blender or mixer and let it cold.
- In
20 minutes spread wafers with chocolate cream and let it rest in fridge for1 hour.
