Lavender coffee in edible cup
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
- Wafer cups “Yummy cups”;
Sugar for your wish.
- Firstly, prepare coffee. Dissolve coffee in
100 mlof water (and add sugar if you wish). The temperatureof water has to be not more 90°C
- Then heat the milk (do not boil it) and whip to gassy froth.
The milkwill grow in volume twice approximately.
- Pour milk with froth in Yummy cup and with thin stream add coffee there.
- At the end strew coffee with dried lavender.
