Lavender coffee in edible cup
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- Wafer cups “Yummy cups”;
Instant coffe;
Dried lavender;
Milk;
Sugar for your wish.
COOKING:
- Firstly, prepare coffee. Dissolve coffee in
100 ml of water (and add sugar if you wish).The temperature of water has to be not more 90°C - Then heat the milk (do not boil it) and whip to gassy froth.
The milk will grow in volume twice approximately. - Pour milk with froth in Yummy cup and with thin stream add coffee there.
- At the end strew coffee with dried lavender.
