Meat Wafer pie
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack plain wafers TM “LEKORNA”;
- 5 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 500 g of chicken ground meat;
- 1 pcs of garlic;
- 150 g of
cream-cheese; - Tomatoes and greens for garnishing;
- Use round cake pan.
COOKING:
- Chop onion and garlic, grate potatoes.
- Mix ground meat and ingredients from
1 point, add salt and pepper. - Put
1 wafer sheet on the bottom of the pan and cover it with meat filling. Repeat with the rest of wafers and filling. - Сover pan with foil and bake it
1 hour at the temperature 200°C - After baking spread top with cream cheese and garnish with tomatoes and greens. Enjoy!
