Wafer cake with cocoa cream
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Wafers for cake,
- 200 g of halva,
- 200 g of dark or milky chocolate
- 100 g of White chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 glass (250 g) of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- Hazelnuts
100 g - 2/3 cup of milk
- 100 g Crackers
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of Rum
COOKING:

1 step, melt
100 g of chocolate in a water bath. Directions:Pour a few inches of water into the pot.Fit the bowl over the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.Heat the water to a simmer.Turn off the heat and add 2/3 of the chopped chocolate bar or chocolate chips to the bowl.Stir gently to melt.Add the remaining 1/3 of the chocolate a little at a time and stir gently to melt.) -
Then add to melted chocolate sugar, halva (it have to be crushed, you can do it by hands), cocoa, milk and butter.

Stir it to obtain homogeneous mass with
silicon stick.
Next step adds to mixed mass blended crackers and nuts. Spread every wafer sheet withgained mass. -
Separately melt in a water bath
100 g of dark chocolate and50 g of butter.Than glaze cake with chocolate and spread evenly on the topand sides. -
Melt
100 g of white chocolate (in the water bath) and pour it on the dark glaze.Do it with pastrysyringe or cut package corner. -
Let the wafer cake rest for half of hour in refrigerator. Enjoy!
