• waffle «Koshik»;
  • oil — 100 g;
  • milk — 150 ml;
  • chocolate — 1 bar


  1. Heat milk, dissolve chocolate in it and add softened butter. DO NOT heat to high temperatures! The mixture should be warm, NOT HOT.
  2. Whisk the mixture with a blender or mixer for 20 seconds to mix everything evenly. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours (ideally overnight).
  3. Whisk the cold mixture with a mixer or blender until a paste forms.
  4. Stuff the tartlets with a spoon or pastry syringe. Bon appetit!
