Chocolate dessert in a wafer basket
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
- waffle «Koshik»;
oil — 100 g;
milk — 150 ml;
chocolate — 1 bar
- Heat milk, dissolve chocolate in it and add softened butter.
DO NOTheat to high temperatures! The mixtureshould be warm, NOT HOT.
- Whisk the mixture with a blender or mixer for
20 secondsto mix everything evenly. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours(ideally overnight).
- Whisk the cold mixture with a mixer or blender until a paste forms.
- Stuff the tartlets with a spoon or pastry syringe.
