Chocolate dessert in a wafer basket
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- waffle «Koshik»;

oil — 100 g; -
milk — 150 ml; -
chocolate — 1 bar
COOKING:
- Heat milk, dissolve chocolate in it and add softened butter.
DO NOT heat to high temperatures!The mixture should be warm, NOT HOT. - Whisk the mixture with a blender or mixer for
20 seconds to mix everything evenly. Refrigerate for2–3 hours (ideally overnight). - Whisk the cold mixture with a mixer or blender until a paste forms.
- Stuff the tartlets with a spoon or pastry syringe.
