Ricotta waffle cake
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- Lekorna wafer
cakes — 1 pack; - condensed milk
(white) — 150 g; - Ricotta
cheese — 200 g syrup — a couple of drops;- berries for decoration.
COOKING:
- Mix cheese and syrup.
- Spread the cakes with a very thin layer, so that the cakes are NOT sour. Spread another layer with condensed milk.
- Top with berries to taste.
