Wafer rolls with crab filling
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- Wafer
«Tube» — 1 pack; - crab
sticks — 1 pack; cucumber — 1 pc; mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons; egg — 2 pcs; - canned
corn — 3 tablespoons; - salt and pepper to taste.
COOKING:
- Finely chop the crab sticks and cucumber (peeled beforehand).
- Grate eggs and grind corn in a blender.
- Mix everything, add mayonnaise and salt / pepper.
- Stuff the straws with a teaspoon or pastry syringe.
