Crusty Tartlet with nuts and peel
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
Ingredients:
- Tender Crusty Tartlet –
1 pack - Nuts (walnut, cashew, almond) –
150 g - Peel –
50 g - Sugar powder –
50 g - Honey −100 g
Preparation:
- In our recipe we use whole nuts, but you can grind them to your own taste.
- Put sugar and honey in a bowl with a thick bottom and heat over low heat.
- When the mixture will become a Golden color, and can be more dark, but it will be slightly bitter, quickly add nuts and peel.
- Fill the tartlets with caramellized filling
and serve!
