• Tender Crusty Tartlet – 1 pack
  • Nuts (walnut, cashew, almond) – 150 g
  • Peel – 50 g
  • Sugar powder – 50 g
  • Honey −100 g


  1. In our recipe we use whole nuts, but you can grind them to your own taste.
  2. Put sugar and honey in a bowl with a thick bottom and heat over low heat.
  3. When the mixture will become a Golden color, and can be more dark, but it will be slightly bitter, quickly add nuts and peel.
  4. Fill the tartlets with caramellized filling and serve!
