• ender Crusty Tartlet – 1 pack
  •  An apple – 2 pcs
  • Sugar – 60 g
  • Brandy – 1 tea spoon
  • Lemon – ¼
  • Mint
  • Cinnamon


  1. Apples clean and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice. Half apples mix with 30 g sugar and cook until soft, at the end pour brandy and add a pinch of cinnamon. Chop it with a fork.
  2. Take 30 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of water and cook the sugar syrup. When the syrup begins to change color, add the remaining sliced apples. Cook over high heat for 3–4 minutes. Apples should stay a little crispy.
  3. In the tartlets put applesauce, apples on top of the pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon, decorate with mint.
