Crusty Tartlet with apples

Ingredients:
- ender Crusty Tartlet –
1 pack - An apple –
2 pcs - Sugar –
60 g - Brandy –
1 tea spoon - Lemon – ¼
- Mint
- Cinnamon
Preparation:
- Apples clean and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Half apples mix with30 g sugar and cook until soft, at the end pour brandy and add a pinch of cinnamon.Chop it with a fork. - Take
30 g of sugar,1 tablespoon of water and cook the sugar syrup.When the syrup begins to change color, add the remaining sliced apples.Cook over high heat for3–4 minutes. Apples should stay a little crispy. - In the tartlets put applesauce, apples on top of the pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon, decorate
with mint.
