Crusty Tartlet with apples

- An apple –
- Sugar –
- Brandy –
- Lemon – ¼
- Apples clean and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Half applesmix with 30 gsugar and cook until soft, at the end pour brandy and add a pinch of cinnamon. Chop itwith a fork.
30 gof sugar, 1 tablespoonof water and cook the sugar syrup. When thesyrup begins to change color, add the remaining sliced apples. Cook overhigh heat for 3–4 minutes.Apples should stay a little crispy.
