INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack of Bready tartlet TM “LEKORNA”,
  • 200 g of salami,
  • 200 g of Mozzarella cheese,

Olives. For sauce:

  • 2 table spoons of tomato paste,
  • 3 table spoons of olive oil,
  • 2–3 pcs of garlic, • 1 pcs of chili,
  • Pinches of oregano, thyme and basil,
  • ¼ tea spoon of sweet pepper.

COOKING:

  1. The first step is to blend garlic, chili, tomatoes, dries herbs, salt. Stir to homogeneous mass.
  2. Heat up and oiled pan. Pour blended mass to pan and add tomato paste. Stir the mass and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Then make filling for tartlets: Brush tartlets with sauce.
  4. Put grater cheese on the souse.
  5. Slice salami and put it in tartlets.
  6. Place tartlets into oven till cheese become melted. Enjoy!
