Ingredients:

  • Small wafer basket – 1 pack,
  • Sweet crumb – 3 table spoon,
  • Apple – 1 pcs,
  • Cheese mass – 200 g,
  • Lemon – ¼ tee spoon,
  • Cinnamon – ¼ tee spoon,
  • Sugar – 40 g,
  • Water – 20 ml,
  • Mint.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apple and cut on small pieces, spray it with lemon. Mix sugar, water and boil a syrup, when the syrup starts to change the color add apples and boil it for 5 min. Add cinnamon, chill the syrup and add sweet crumb.
  2. Put chees mass into a wafer basket, put the apples on a top and decorate with a leaf of mint. Bon appetite!
