• Sandwich plain wafers – 1 pack
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Tomato – 1 pcs
  • Spinach – 50 g
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Cheese – 100 g


  1. Mix eggs with salt. Heat the pan. Quickly submerge the waffle cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown. Bacon melt on medium heat, set aside.
  2. Heat the pan. In vegetable oil or butter cook scrambled eggs with the rest of the eggs. Eggs should not be browned once scrambled, stir it, do not dry.
  3. Make the sandwich in this order: fried waffle cake, cheese, spinach, tomato, egg, bacon, waffle. Fasten with skewer. Top with sesame seeds.
