Ingredients:

  • Wager basket – 1 pack
  • Mince meat – 300 g
  • Sweet peppers – 50 g
  • Corn – 30 g
  • Green pears – 30 g
  • Onion – 70 g
  • Tomato – 200 g
  • Garlic – 1 pcs
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Onions chop in a blender or grate on a small grater. Fry on medium heat in vegetable oil, the main thing that all the liquid evaporated, add minced meat, add spices and crushed garlic, cook constantly stirring 5–7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the stalks from the tomato and grind in a blender. You can use peeled tomatoes from a jar, tomato juice or sauce. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and other vegetables to the minced meat, cook over low heat until all the liquid evaporates. Try on salt and pepper. If the minced meat is not soft enough, add a little water and simmer until tender. Allow to cool, the filling should come out without excess moisture. Stuff the baskets and serve quickly.
