• Sandwich plain wafers – 1 pack
  • Mincemeat – 500g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Salt, pepper – 1 tsp
  • Spices – to taste


  1. Add 1 egg, salt, pepper and coriander to the minced meat. Stir well. On the waffle cake spread 1 tablespoon of minced meat (35–40 g) and cover with a second cake. Beat the remaining eggs with salt.
