Ingredients:

  • Sandwich Plain Wafers – 1 pack
  • Zucchini – 2 pcs
  • Garlic – 3 pcs
  • Dill – 1 pcs
  • Egg – 1 pcs
  • Flour – 2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, add salt, leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze and drain the juice, add the finely chopped dill, egg and flour.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put 1 tbsp. of zucchini on the wafer sheet, flatten. Fry over medium heat on both sides, first on the side of the waffle cake, then turn over.
  3. Ready pancakes spread on a paper towel wafer side down. Serve with sour cream.
