Zucchini pancakes
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
Ingredients:
- Sandwich Plain Wafers –
1 pack - Zucchini –
2 pcs - Garlic –
3 pcs - Dill –
1 pcs - Egg –
1 pcs - Flour –
2 tsp - Salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, add salt, leave for
10 minutes. Squeeze and drain the juice, add the finely chopped dill, egg and flour. - Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Put 1 tbsp. of zucchini on the wafer sheet, flatten.Fry over medium heat on both sides, first on the side of the waffle cake, then turn over. - Ready pancakes spread on a paper towel wafer side down. Serve with
sour cream.
