Tartlet with a salmon and cheese

- Crusty Tartlet
“Tenderness” — 1 pack
- Butter cheese –
- Fillet of salmon –
- Green pepper –
- Cucumber –
- Sweet pepper –
- Fennel – for a decoration
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Grate cucumber and sweet pepper on a very fine grater.
Add paprika,pepper and very finely chopped dill. Stir well.Transfer to a pastry syringe with a shaped nozzle.
- Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Lay outin tartlets cheese mass. Put apiece of salmon on top. Garnish with dill and serve. Bon appetit!
