Ingredients:

  • Crusty Tartlet “Tenderness” — 1 pack
  • Butter cheese – 150 g
  • Fillet of salmon – 150 g
  • Green pepper – 1 tea spoon
  • Cucumber – 1 pcs
  • Sweet pepper – 30 g
  • Fennel – for a decoration 
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grate cucumber and sweet pepper on a very fine grater. Add paprika, pepper and very finely chopped dill. Stir well. Transfer to a pastry syringe with a shaped nozzle.
  2. Cut the salmon into small pieces. Lay out in tartlets cheese mass. Put a piece of salmon on top. Garnish with dill and serve. Bon appetit!
