Tartlet with a salmon and cheese

Ingredients:
- Crusty Tartlet
“Tenderness” — 1 pack - Butter cheese –
150 g - Fillet of salmon –
150 g - Green pepper –
1 tea spoon - Cucumber –
1 pcs - Sweet pepper –
30 g - Fennel – for a decoration
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Grate cucumber and sweet pepper on a very fine grater.
Add paprika, pepper and very finely chopped dill.Stir well. Transfer to a pastry syringe with a shaped nozzle. - Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Lay out in tartlets cheese mass.Put a piece of salmon on top. Garnish with dill and serve.Bon appetit!
