Ingredients:

  • Crusty Tartlet “Tenderness” – 1 pack
  • Chicken fillet – 300 g
  • Mushrooms – 200 g 
  • Cheese – 100 g 
  • Oil – 2–3 table spoons 
  • Tartlets – 15–20 pcs 
  • Salt, pepper – to the taste 
  • For a sauce: 
  • Sour cream – 250 g
  • Flour – 1 table spoon
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Butter – 40g

Preparation:

  1. Slice mushrooms and fry them, stir at times. Wait until all the water will vaporize.
  2. Take boiled chicken fillet, cut it and add to mushrooms. Add pepper, salt and mix all ingredients. 
  3. Melt butter, add flour gradually, do not stop stirring. 
  4. Boil the mass and add milk, do not stop stirring. As the mass will start boiling get from oven and let it cool down. 
  5. Add sour cream to the mass 
  6. Put the mass of mushrooms and chicken into the tartlets. Every tartlet pour with a sauce 
  7. Sprinkle each tartlet with grated cheese and stay in a hot oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Once the cheese is well melted and lightly browned, take out the finished snack from the oven. Bon appetite!
