Chocolate mini-cake with custard
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
Ingredients:
- Sandwich plain wafers –
1 pack - Milk –
250 ml - Sugar –
100 g - Eggs –
2 pcs - Flour –
15 g - Butter –
70 g - Sugar powder – ½ tea spoon
- Sour cream –
100 g - Cocoa –
2 tsp
Preparation:
- Mix yolks with sugar and add vanilla.
Put everything on the flour heated in a dry pan.Stir until smooth.The mixture should be smooth without lumps. - Heat the milk but do not boil.
A thin stream pour the milk into theegg-sugar mixture, mix constantly to avoid lumps.Put the mixture on low heat and stir constantly until thick. - The cream is ready pour it in a bowl.
- Mix butter at a room temperature with sugar powder.
- Spread the wafers with custard
- Cook the glaze.
Mix sugar, cocoa and cream in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, stirring constantly for3–4 minutes until thickened.Pour icing over the cake, decorate with berries, refrigerate for1–2 hours.
