Wafer snack with cheese and red currant
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
- Sandwich plain wafers –
- Cheese – 200g
- Eggs –
- Vegetable oil – 100g
- Red currant – 150g
- Sugar –
- Choose the round cheese, cut it with thickness of
5–7 mm. Each pieceput between two parts of sandwiches and squeeze.
- Mix the egg with
1 tspof water and salt. Heat afrying pan with vegetable oil. Dip eachsandwich into the eggs very quickly and fry over high heat on both sides.
- Make the sauce: grind the currant with sugar, add water, bring to a boil, cook for
2 minutes.Dilute the starch in 1 tablespoonof water, pour into the sauce and mix quickly. Cook untilthickened (1–2 min).Serve immediately.
