• Sandwich plain wafers – 1 pack
  • Cheese – 200g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Vegetable oil – 100g
  • Red currant – 150g
  • Sugar – 1 tea spoon


  1. Choose the round cheese, cut it with thickness of 5–7 mm. Each piece put between two parts of sandwiches and squeeze.
  2. Mix the egg with 1 tsp of water and salt. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Dip each sandwich into the eggs very quickly and fry over high heat on both sides.
  3. Make the sauce: grind the currant with sugar, add water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Dilute the starch in 1 tablespoon of water, pour into the sauce and mix quickly. Cook until thickened (1–2 min). Serve immediately.
