Ingredients:

  • liver — 300 g,
  • onion — 100 g,
  • carrots — 50 g
  • butter — 80 g,
  • greens — 1 bunch,
  • salt, pepper — to taste


Preparation:

  1. Cut the liver into slices 1 cm thick. Fry in oil until the liver removes heat films and clear of ducts.
  2. Fry chopped onions and carrots in the same pan.
  3. Twist onion, carrots and liver 2 times through a meat grinder. Add softened butter, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and mix well.
  4. Transfer to a pastry bag and make cakes with 4 cakes.
  5. Garnish with greens, tomato or pickles.
