Wafer liver cake snack

Ingredients:
liver — 300 g, onion — 100 g, carrots — 50 g butter — 80 g, greens — 1 bunch, - salt,
pepper — to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the liver into slices
1 cm thick.Fry in oil until the liver removes heat films and clear of ducts. - Fry chopped onions and carrots in the same pan.
- Twist onion, carrots and liver
2 times through a meat grinder.Add softened butter, salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley and mix well. - Transfer to a pastry bag and make cakes with
4 cakes. - Garnish with greens, tomato or pickles.
