• Plain wafers – 2 packs,
  • Butter – 500 g,
  • Condensed milk – 1 can,
  • Dairy cream – 150 ml,
  • Sugar powder – 2 tea spoons,
  • Flour – 1 table spoon,
  • Nuts dipped in chocolate.


  1. Blend butter at a room temperature. Add condensed milk in a small portion and continue whipping.
  2. Spread wafer sheets with the cream
  3. Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in a bowl. Add a small portion of milk, stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Start heating the mixture and bring to a boil. Stir constantly to avoid of burnt.
  5. Add butter, salt to the mixture and continue boil it on a low heat and mix it each 12–15 min.
  6. Spread wafer cake with a chocolate paste and decorate with nuts dipped in chocolate. Bon appetit!
