Wafer Cake with chocolate drops
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
Ingredients:
- Plain wafers –
2 packs, - Butter –
500 g, - Condensed milk –
1 can, - Dairy cream –
150 ml, - Sugar powder –
2 tea spoons, - Flour –
1 table spoon, - Nuts dipped in chocolate.
Preparation:
- Blend butter at a room temperature.
Add condensed milk in a small portion and continue whipping. - Spread wafer sheets with the cream
- Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in a bowl.
Add a small portion of milk, stir constantly to avoid lumps. - Start heating the mixture and bring to a boil.
Stir constantly to avoid of burnt. - Add butter, salt to the mixture and continue boil it on a low heat and mix it each
12–15 min. - Spread wafer cake with a chocolate paste and decorate with nuts dipped in chocolate.
