Easter cheesecake in a wafer basket

Ingredients:
- Wafer basket –
1 pack - Cottage cheese –
400 g - Heavy dairy cream –
100 g - Butter
82.5% — 30 g - Succade –
30 g - Plum –
30 g - Any decorates
Preparation:
- Put succade and plums in a hot water, leave on a
15 min, after dry with paper towel - Mix dairy cream, cottage cheese, butter, plums and succade.
Put the mass in a fridge for1 hour. You will get a thick mass - Put the mass into the wafer basket using an ice cream spoon. Decorate with sugar powder. Bon appetite!
