Ingredients:

  • Wafer basket – 1 pack
  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Heavy dairy cream – 100 g
  • Butter 82.5% — 30 g
  • Succade – 30 g
  • Plum – 30 g
  • Any decorates

Preparation:

  1. Put succade and plums in a hot water, leave on a 15 min, after dry with paper towel
  2. Mix dairy cream, cottage cheese, butter, plums and succade. Put the mass in a fridge for 1 hour. You will get a thick mass
  3. Put the mass into the wafer basket using an ice cream spoon. Decorate with sugar powder. Bon appetite!
