INGREDIENTS:

  • «Brizols Lekorna» plain wafer — 1 pack;
  • hake fillet — 2 pcs;
  • eggs — 1 piece;
  • salt, spices for fish — 1 tsp.

COOKING:

  1. Grind the fish in a blender and mince.
  2. Add salt and spice.
  3. Place a tablespoon of minced meat on the Brizol and cover with another to create a sandwich.
  4. Whisk 1 egg to form a batter.
  5. Dip each sandwich in an egg and fry on both sides.
  6. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
