Liver sandwiches «brizol» with garlic cream cheese
- Dishes on the basis of wafer semi-finished products
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of plain wafer
50 g; - 150 g of cream cheese;
- 0,25 kg of chicken liver;
- 1 pcs of onion;
- 1 egg;
- 70 g of wheat flour;
- 100 gr of milk;
- 2 pcs of Garlic;
- 1 table spoon of cutted Dill;
- Salt, pepper;
- Sunflower oil.
COOKING:

Firstly, prepare the liver:

Clean it and grind with blender. Grate onion on the small section.
Mix onion, milk, liver, salt and pepper. Stirring that mass and add flour gradually. -
Its consistency should be as thick sour cream. Every wafer sheet plunge into liver batter and fry from both sides on the
oiled pan -
To remove waste oil put Fried wafers on paper sheets.

Prepare the cream: mix cream cheese with grind garlic
and dill. -
Create the sandwiches: spread cream on fried wafer and top it with
another one.
