• 1 pack of plain wafer 50 g;
  • 150 g of cream cheese;
  • 0,25 kg of chicken liver;
  • 1 pcs of onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 70 g of wheat flour;
  • 100 gr of milk;
  • 2 pcs of Garlic;
  • 1 table spoon of cutted Dill;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Sunflower oil.


  1. Firstly, prepare the liver:

  2. Clean it and grind with blender. Grate onion on the small section. Mix onion, milk, liver, salt and pepper. Stirring that mass and add flour gradually.
