Wafer basket with a mushroom mousse

Ingredients:
- Wafer basket –
1 pack - Mushrooms –
200 g - Onion –
1 pcs - Butter –
3 table spoon - Dairy cream
35% — 70 ml - Gelatin,
slices — 2 slices - Pomegranate – for a décor
- Salt, pepper – at option
Preparation:
- Soak a gelatin in a water. Clean mushrooms, onion and cut on small pieces.
Fry onion and mushrooms, add salt and pepper, add dairy cream, gelatin and blend on a high speed all these ingredients. - Put the mousse into wafer baskets. Decorate with roasted mushrooms and stay in a fridge. Serve with the seeds of pomegranate.
