Ingredients:

  • Wafer basket – 1 pack
  • Mushrooms – 200 g
  • Onion – 1 pcs
  • Butter – 3 table spoon
  • Dairy cream 35% — 70 ml
  • Gelatin, slices — 2 slices
  • Pomegranate – for a décor
  • Salt, pepper – at option

Preparation:

  1. Soak a gelatin in a water. Clean mushrooms, onion and cut on small pieces. Fry onion and mushrooms, add salt and pepper, add dairy cream, gelatin and blend on a high speed all these ingredients.
  2. Put the mousse into wafer baskets. Decorate with roasted mushrooms and stay in a fridge. Serve with the seeds of pomegranate.
