Wafer cake “Hazelnut brittle”

1 pack Walnut — 150 g

- Honey –
- Sugar –
- Cocoa powder –
- Milk –
- Lemon acid – ½ tea spoon
- Condensed milk –
- Glaze for a cake – 100g
- Chip Coconut – 50g
- Sugar powder – 150g
- An egg –
- Lemon juice –
Grind nuts, cookies break hands into small pieces.
In asmall saucepan shift, nuts, cookies, sugar, honey, pour milk, stir and put on a slow fire. Cook untilthe honey and sugar melt, stir constantly to avoid burning (20–30 secondsafter boiling).
Remove from an oven, add butter, lemon acid.
Wait forthe butter to melt and stir for a while. Allow to cool slightly, but not completely.
Divide the mass into
2 portionsand spread onto 2 layers,the upper one and third leave blank.
Put on top of a heavy plate or a small pan with
500 ml of water.
Leave in the refrigerator for
2–3 hoursuntil it freezes.
Cookies grind in a blender into crumbs. Crumb should be the same and small. Also, cookies can be grated on a very fine grater.
Mix the crumbs with the remnants of the cream to a thick paste.
To makethe paste more liquid, add some cream or milk. A thinlayer, coat the sides and top cake. Put thecake on a dish or serving plate
Prepare «Icing»: Mix1
egg-whitestogether with 150 gpowdered sugar, add a few drops of lemon juice. The massshould be very thick. Put ina pastry bag or bag, make a small hole with scissors. Draw orprint snowflakes or other figures on plain paper, cover the paper with a sheet of parchment, or any transparent surface, film, package, file will fit. Draw onthe contour of the figure and allow to dry for 5–12 hours.
